In Puglia komt ‘s ochtends op elke hoek van de straat de heerlijke geur van pasticciotti naar je toe. Deze ‘cakejes’, knapperig van buiten en gevuld met warme room, zijn erg populair en je kunt ze in verschillende variaties krijgen.
